Collection, processing and storage of personal data by TECES
TECES only collects, processes and stores your personal data if it is permitted by law or if you have given your consent. We obtain this data in two ways: you have either provided us with the respective data or we collect it when you use our services.
Data you share with us
Generally, you can use our website without providing us with any personal information. For some services, we will request personal information from you in order to be able to process the respective service quickly and in a user-friendly manner or to be able to offer the service at all. Data we receive through your use of our services
Some data is already collected automatically and for technical reasons when you visit our website. This data is temporarily stored in a “Log file”. The following information are collected without your intervention and stored until deletion automatically:

- Website from which the access is made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider
The above data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the processing purposes listed above. Passing on of data
As a matter of principle, we do not transmit personal data to third parties. This service is centrally managed by TECES.
The TECES website offers the possibility to quickly contact us online and communicate directly with us, including by e-mail. If you contact us by e-mail (or via the contact form on our website), the personal data you provide will be stored for a maximum of 12 months. Your personal data will be processed to contact and respond to you. If your request concerns another TECES company, we will forward it to that company within and outside of the EU. For this purpose, we obtain your consent on the contact form. The processing of the contact request is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to the conclusion of a contract and to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other requests.

Of course, you retain control over all personal data that you provide to us when visiting the website and using our services. You have the following rights, which you can exercise free of charge.
Right to information
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us at any time.
Right to revoke consent given
